Called and told me that they had a buyer for my car in London, ON and it would be free for them to sell my car. When I got on the phone to go over the details it was $500 and I would get that back asap as they had a buyer already lined up. *** but I did sign and was burned. I had 3 "fake' customers to buy my car and of course every deal failed. I even had a friend of mine place a call saying that they were interested in buying my car and they said that were working a deal on my car with another person and tried to sell her a more expensive car with a 29.95% interest rate. I still have my Altima.... go figure

I hate admit, but I was duped also

My son wanted to sell his 2007 Cadillac, they got my name from kijiji, called several times. I asked a lot of questions. They work out of Calgary, they were a finance company that helped buyers get cars and trucks. They told me the same thing, that they had a buyer for the car, guaranteed my price, they made money on the financing. I gave in and sent them the fee, a month went by never heard a thing, checked the site, car was there. Called to find out what was happening, oh and was assured that they would get a buyer and sell the car. well it's been a year, the car is gone, they have know idea, and still nothing from them. Took my money and laughed at me, they are a bunch of thieving bastards, if I get to Calgary I will look them up to see if they do have and actual place, and I will be paying them a visit....

They guaranteed to sell my vehicle and told me they had a buyer lined up for it....

these people are a bunch of low budget dirtbag crooks. I don't think there is any way I could put it any more clear than that. I contacted them last october and they never sold my vehicle. They still have my listing up for a 2008 dodge charger and they've got pictures of someones dodge neon on there. I was told over and over again that they had someone lined up and that they would have the details finalized in "two weeks". This went on for five or six months before I finally came to the conclusion I was getting the shaft for my $500 and moved on.

Got scammed

First off I just want ot make this clear; I'm one of the idiots that lost $500 to this company so save your $500 and don't fall for this scam. This is how they first contact you via email: "Thank you for taking the time to speak to me about your (car), it was a pleasure. As per our conversation, I am a vehicle locator looking for specific makes and models according to our demand based off of traffic to our site. I called you to find out more about your particular vehicle to see if it can be a possible candidate for our company's Financing platform." The way our company works is we keep a short variety of every type of vehicle on our site to maximize the sales based solely on demand. Just like the motto goes "supply and demand". That allows us to list the vehicles at a price that leaves NO room for negotiating which allows us to market the vehicles at the highest price possible while staying within the market's competition. As you already know there are many "free" ways to advertise your vehicle however history shows that what you get from free ads is either someone trying to pull the wool over your eyes or kicking you in the foot to get the lowest price. Here at Sell Autos Fast we strive to provide the best customer service and a no haggling policy when it comes to the full price of your vehicle. We specialize in fast private sales. For a small fee of $499.98 we Guarantee our results with premium service until its sold. What we offer is only the best service. Guaranteed, which includes the following: * Mass advertising on our list of affiliated websites * FULL purchase financing * A personal agent working around the clock for you * Live customer care agents * Targeted full asking prices * Access to auto loan financing companies * Unlimited premium advertising until the vehicle sells * A login account to update your profile and keep our feeds up to date * No renewal fees, no cuts or commissions off the final or private sale With a combination of these tools, we experience a quicker sales cycle than any of the competition. Why advertise on a website where there are millions of other vehicles to compete against? We strive for quality, not quantity. Sit back relax and let us do the work for you! Now although I cannot guarantee that a Finance Manager will contact you based on my find, I can assure you that if they do you can pretty much consider your vehicle sold! Thanks again for taking the time to speak with me! Best of luck with the sale of your vehicle! Jen Ward www.sellautosfast.com 1-85*-430-**** ext. Sell Autos Fast maintains a strict do not call list. If you do not want to receive further communication from our company, please let your agent know when you speak to them. Sell Autos Fast does not send unsolicited emails nor follow-up calls other than where we feel you've agreed to them (ie: continuing a conversation.) All information provided to us is kept confidential, except in implied circumstances if you choose to register on our website to advertise your vehicle." Then the so called Evan Taylor calls you over the phone and says that they need $500 before they can advertise to other companies and websites. Thats their cost to help sell your car so they need payment upfront. And the sales rep will make it seem like they have a buyer for your car and JUST SOLD ONE LIKE THIS ON OUR WEBSITE so consider it sold. Which is stupid because if they are so good at selling cars why dont they take the $500 after the cars been sold? Why take upfront payment. ALSO DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT OR DOCUMENT THAT THEY EMAIL YOU. IF YOU SIGN THAT DOCUMENT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. You've been warned; hope you dont spend your money on this stupid website like I did.

I was scammed as well. Lost $500 dollars. Don't understand how they are allowed to continue without being prosecuted.

Sell Autos Fast ripped me off

They called me when they saw my ad online. They PROMISED that they had a buyer for my vehicle. A week later the buyer could not receive financing. But we have someone else that wants it. A week later that buyer could not receive financing. And again. And again. for 2 months; PROMISES Nobody answers their phones. The person who called me and I first dealt with cannot be reached by phone. I'm told by their customer support team that she's extremely busy. Convenient I had to insult them with emails to get any answers and they tell me that I'm supposed to leave a message even though I don't hear an answering machine. I finally sold the vehicle myself. As for the 200 dollars in gas vouchers that I was promised, well they turned into restaurant vouchers that they wanted me to pay another 30 U.S. dollars for. And this nice little message is in their terms “This certificate is good for U.S. residents only.” When I tried to contact Fun Rewards, the people that handle the vouchers, I got "You can view participating restaurants by visiting www.fundiningrewards.com and click on brows restaurants. Thank you for your understanding. You cannot reply to this email". SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!!! IT'S ANOTHER SCAM RIGHT FROM THE START!!!! PLEASE, WARN YOUR FRIENDS, NEIGHBOURS AND RELATIVES ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

LIARS - Don't use them!!! They have no one to buy your car!

I was scammed by them - I was desperate to sell my vehicle. I paid them, they lied and said that they had a buyer but that they could only afford $8000 and had my car for sale for $13,000 - that was July 2013. I have left them voicemails for them to call me - no has returned my calls for 5 months. Don't bother using them - they do not have anyone lined up to buy your car - you are better off to save yourself $500 and go out to the dollar store and buy a for sale sign.

Obviously you sold the vehicle for much less than they offered you so this is at your discretion. I gave them a shot and gave them the time they needed and they got me my full price...

Yaaa it took 2 months but you have to be ready for that sort of thing. its common knowledge

John N Mzy

Actually, your advice about this and all other companies that want to sell your car after you post it online, etc. are scammers.

I had a used car to sell last year and put it on Facebook. Within a day I was receiving text messages, phone calls, etc. from at least three different people offering to help me sell the car, etc.

These scammers troll the internet looking for gullible poeple. Best to ignore them and sell the car on your own.

Sellautosfast.com is a scam

Pretty much how they work is they make you pay $500 up front and then try to continue promising you a sale until it is past the point that you can file a claim with your credit card company. They say they have "three buyers ready to purchase" and then all of a sudden all three buyers have some financial issue. Then, they tell you that they have some buyers for you in underwriting. Then, they don't give you an update for a while and tell you there is some other issue. They do this until you give up or sell the car yourself. Do not give them any money.

Rude & 99% Sure a Scam

I was contacted by a rep for sellautosfast.com claiming that they had buyers for my vehicle. All I had to do is provide them with $500 and then they would sell my vehicle for full asking price and reimburse me the $500. They make money off the interest from a loan they give the purchaser. The first rep I talked to was kind and informative and emailed me saying that if a Finance Manager contacts me I would basically be guaranteed to sell the vehicle. I emailed her back saying that I would not want to pay the $500 up front - I would only agree to paying them the $500 if sold. I then got a call back from them, this time from the Finance Manager. She talked 99 miles/hour and was very rude, pushy, and unprofessional. She ignored anything I said and kept repeating "If you want to go to Craigslist or get lowballed go ahead, but if you want to sell your vehicle now for full price sign up now." She also kept repeating "So what email address can I send the receipt to?". I would stop and say "Wait, receipt for what? I didn't even agree to a payment". She got angry again and told me I don't want to sell my car otherwise I'd sign up, it's guaranteed. I told her I'd need to think about it and she said no and even hung up on me. Just from this most miserable employee ever I'd never sign up with this company, and after looking at their website and and just dealing with them in general I'd say the only thing "guaranteed" is that it's a scam.

Sell auto fast keeps trying to get my credit card information _ what a scammer

A gal called me and told me she got a full price offer for my car and I need to deposit $499 upfront the her manager will guarantee a buy will come this weekend to purchase my car for $20,000 which is $500 more than my listing price. And The gal kept asking me for my credit card info, I told her I like to write a check, and don't have any type of credit card (I lied to her) she said no, and hung up on me. Let's think about it this way, why a local buyer go to sellautofast.com to buy a car instead of going to other legitimate websites like cars.com or autotrades.com, or at least go to craigslist.com. There are so many ways to sell your car at no cost; Cars.com and craigslist are free, eBay only charges you $100 listing price after you sold the car. There are millions of car buyers from these 3 sources. So stay away from scammer like sellautofast.com

Your a complete *** and clearly have no idea about the scams on craigslist and auto trader Get educated dude sound like an amateur ahahha

They said they had a buyer but needed $500 first. THEY LIED!!!!!

Sell Autos Fast is a SCAM people. I wish I would have researched online first. This company is a complete SCAM. They said they GUARANTEED my car was already sold and they had 2 buyers for it. They said they didnt have a car like mine in my area for their 2 pre-qualified buyers. They said I just needed to give them a $500 deposit that they would tag on to the sale price and make the buyer pay for it. They said the more money they finance the buyer for the more money they make and therefore we are all "winners". They said in 7 days I would have a buyer with a cashier check for my vehicle and that I would keep the title until the check clears. Its been 14 days they are not responding to my emails or phone calls and when i ask for a refund, they hang up on me after saying I'm sorry not possible. Don't work with them! They just want your money! The old saying is totally true: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"...

Don't commit without them guarantying a sale within 30 days...

The caller (A woman) assured me that there were buyers waiting to buy my vehicle so i told her if this was the case why can't she write a binding contract that if she couldn't sell my vehicle within 2-6 weeks i would recieve my money back. She never said that she would or wouldn't do that and kept talking over me on the phone. Then after returning to my same question 4-5 times she said "Well, it sounds like you don't want to sell your vehicle" and she started getting huffy instead of the sweet sales gal that she started out being so i told her so-long, adios! My opinion, DON'T GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO WITHOUT THEM GIVING YOU A TIME PERIOD WHEN THEY CAN SELL. ONCE THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND 30+ DAYS GO BY, YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.....JUST A WARNING!

Pretty much the same deal as most of you guys, I was told there were many buyers waiting for my vehicle, but once I paid for the service, I never heard from them again, this is a scam. High pressure sales people with no ethics will say anything to get you to hand over your credit card information. Once that's done your on your own, so stay away from this company.

SELLAUTOSFAST FOR A REASON

I Registered with Jason Gain in Financing who offered me $800 more on my vehicle. I was reluctant but he asked me for my patience a few weeks later he followed up to inform me the client came short ( this is a regular occurrence when dealing with bad credit ) I would know because I am in the same situation. He asked for a another week and I met the person at the local Walmart where we test drove the vehicle and got paid with a certified check at our mutual bank. I appreciate the hard work and effort they put into this for me and I will continue to use them. Jason is a stand up guy and got me my full price within a month. It is really unfair that you defame the. Selling a car is hard work and full of ups and downs. I agree with the above listen to your agent adjust your price and it should be a done deal. Thanks SellAutoFast and thanks Jason ext 600. Kind regards - Victoria Hallerman - Toronto ,ON

Sellautosfast lied to me, scammed me of $500

They did the exactly same thing as other people are saying, they called me that they will sell my car within 48 hours and they have 2 buyers in my area. I fell into their trap and gave them my hard earned $528 CDN. I looked online for the reviews after i paid and i was shocked to see the complaints. Please do your research before paying someone this large amount. I fell into their trap and now stressed about losing my money. It has been over 3 weeks now and my car is still in my garage. I will inform as many people as i can so that they do not make this mistake.

Lost $500

I first put my car up on kijiji for sale and I was contacted by SAF. I paid the $500 fee that they asked for because they said the car would sell within a week and they had people wanting to buy it already. It's clearly a scam or at the very least a complete waste of money because if they are a legitimate company they are useless. After 4 months it still hadn't sold. They refuse to give the money back so I'm out $500. Thanks to SAF now I'm having an even greater financial struggle as a university student.

I agree with you this company definetly is a SCAM FRAUD company. They contacted me and said they have a buyer for my car talking hundred miles an hour and that all I had to to was send $500 to get my car sold.

They said we need to record this for legal reasons but we wont mention that we have a buyer for you car, but we do so just agree to it and we will have it sold and money to you in a week. *** me I agreed and got ripped off. I called back exactly one hour after the initial phone call to cancel and they tried their hardest to talk me out of canceling and getting very rude and yelling in the process. They refunded $374 but said $124 was for their processing fee!

YA RUNNING MY CREDIT CARD FOR $500 was all they did for that!! and the credit card companys don't stand behind you, so BEWARE, dont be *** like me and research companies before you do business with them
